On April 10th, members of RC Coaching, alongside some Hearts Together staff, will be taking on the challenge of walking Mount Snowdon. This isn’t just about the climb, it’s about coming together, pushing limits and making a real difference to the lives of those who need it most.

Here at Hearts Together we provide a safe, warm and welcoming place to stay for individuals and families who need to be close to the hospital, often at very short notice. Many arrive without time to prepare, facing unimaginable stress and uncertainty. With your help, community support and fundraising we are able to offer a homely environment when it’s needed most, free breakfasts and ready meals, a shuttle service to and from the hospital and access to vital counselling support during incredibly challenging times.

RC Coaching

This is why it means so much to also have the support of RC Coaching, based at Plymouth Life Centre, RC Coaching is a dedicated health and fitness community focused on helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident. This year, they have chosen Hearts Together as their charity, helping to raise both awareness and vital funds for the work we do.

Every donation helps us continue providing comfort, care and practical support to people during some of their toughest moments. If you’re able to give, no matter how small, you’ll be helping us make a real difference.
