Team members Cheryl and Josie had a fantastic meeting with Rachel and Leah from The Mustard Tree Macmillan Cancer Support Centre at Derriford Hospital recently .

The Mustard Tree offers vital support to anyone affected by cancer, at any stage of their journey. It provides a welcoming space where patients, relatives, and carers can share concerns, ask questions, and access a range of resources. This essential service helps guide individuals through their diagnosis, offering information about their illness, details on available support, and a chance to talk through their feelings. The Mustard Tree also extends its reach through outreach services across Devon, ensuring vital support is available far and wide.

The Mustard Tree is located on Level 3 of Derriford Hospital.

Our team was thrilled to meet with this incredible organisation, see first-hand the impact they have, and to explore the ways Hearts Together and The Mustard Tree can collaborate to support families and individuals together.
