Together at Christmas resources Help families stay close to loved ones in hospital this Christmas While many of us will wake up at home on Christmas morning, some families will spend the festive season supporting loved ones in hospital. At Hearts Together, we provide a warm, welcoming place to stay just moments from hospital, so that families can be together when it matters most. This Christmas, we are asking for your help to make that possible for even more families in the future. “Hearts Together kept us close to our premature baby and united us as a family, especially over the Christmas period. We will never forget their kindness.” When baby Hayden arrived early, Lisa’s family faced an uncertain Christmas - but thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we could give Hayden’s mum, dad and big sister a Christmas away from home, together. Ways to get involved If you would like to do something special to support families this Christmas, there are lots of fun and festive ways to help. Every festive fundraiser helps us be a home away from home for more families who need to be close to loved ones in hospital this Christmas.
